Terms
Effective October 20, 2026. These terms cover purchases from vibelaunchkit.app. "We" and "VibeLaunchKit" mean the operator of this site. Questions: [email protected].
What we sell
- DIY Kit ($29): a downloadable .zip of Markdown files: a launch checklist, a Product Hunt post template, 3 X thread templates, a list of 35 launch directories, and a landing page copy template. You get a download link after payment.
- Done-For-You ($79; $49 founding price for the first 10 customers): we write your launch materials, build and deploy a landing page, write your Product Hunt post and gallery copy, write 3 X threads, and file 30+ directory submissions.
- Launch + Boost ($149): everything in Done-For-You, plus 2 weeks of X posts, results recaps on day 7 and day 14, and a 3-day turnaround from complete intake.
Prices are in USD and per launch (one app).
How the done-for-you services work
- After paying, you fill out the intake form with your app's details. Work starts once we have what we need.
- Turnaround: Done-For-You is launched in 5 days and Launch + Boost in 3 days, counted from when your intake is complete (calendar days, not business days). If something will slip, we'll email you.
- You review and approve the materials. You publish on Product Hunt and X from your own accounts.
- We never ask for passwords or account access. Please don't send them.
- You confirm you have the right to the app name, logos, screenshots and other material you send us, and that the claims you ask us to make about your app are true.
No guarantee of results
We guarantee the work: every listed deliverable delivered and every listed directory submission filed. We do not guarantee upvotes, rankings, traffic, signups, users, or revenue. Directories and Product Hunt decide on their own whether and how to list your app.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
Refunds and assistance
- Done-For-You and Launch + Boost: before any work starts, we agree with you in writing (by email) on what you want. If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund. If you cancel after work starts but before the project is completed, you get a 50% refund. Once the project is completed, it's not refundable.
- DIY Kit: it's a digital download delivered instantly, so it's not refundable once downloaded.
- 30 days of assistance: every purchase, including the DIY Kit, includes 30 days of assistance after purchase. Email [email protected].
- To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your Stripe receipt.
DIY Kit license
Use the kit for your own launches, including client launches you run yourself. Please don't resell or redistribute the kit files themselves.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost users.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. The terms in effect when you bought apply to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the buyer's applicable state law.
